A single 3.7V Li-ion 2400mAh battery powers the Ignite LED UV Curing Lamp. The 3.7V Li-ion has no memory; therefore no scheduled cycling required to prolong the life of the battery. Leave your Li-ion batteries on a smart charger whenever not in use as a float charge will not damage the battery. Delta Kits’ offers smart chargers that hold two batteries at a time. Li-ion batteries are relatively inexpensive. Delta Kits recommends leaving fully charged spare on the charger at all times.

Keeping your batteries charged and having a back-up battery or battery charger just in case is always a good practice. We’ve heard quite a bit over the years that not having a plan to fall back on causes headaches while on the job, so we want to remind you that it’s best to be prepared!

Delta Kits recommends having a spare battery for every battery operated tool you use, and keeping rechargeable batteries plugged in whenever not in use. Don’t worry about over-charging, the new technology in all batteries and chargers sold by Delta Kits are outstanding, so just leave them plugged in.

Heinrich Hermanus from Jerxheim in Germany has been working with Delta Kits since 2003. Graham:
Graham Watson, is one of the original Novus Technicians in the UK since 1988 and since then has been running a very successful windscreen repair service in the UK. In 2008 Graham was named Windshield Repair Person of the year at the Mobile Tech Expo, an award he is very proud of as it is voted for by his peers in the trade. For the past 10 years, Watson has been active training technicians for the repair industry and specializes in advanced training for techs with previous experience, during this time he has been lucky enough to work with people from many different countries.
