Description

The Spring Hammer Scribe is a spring-loaded too. Takes the guess work out of creating perfect mini bulls-eyes to terminate the ends of long cracks. Drill to the perfect depth every time with the innovative depth gauge. Doubles as a probe for flexing glass or removing loose glass and contaminates. Use 26020 Carbide Bur for proper drill hole size.

The Delta Kits Spring Hammer will easily clean the impact point of any rock chip, accurately measure your drilling depth in a windscreen, and pop a perfect mini bull’s-eye to terminate a long crack. This new, versatile Spring Hammer helps technicians achieve optimal results with consistency.

The Spring Hammer Scribe is small, durable, and lightweight, making it easy to hold and perfect to use as a scribe. The removable gauge, integrated into the handle of this Spring Hammer, makes it easy for technicians to consistently drill the recommended depth (1/16″) into any windscreen, to avoid accidental drilling into the laminate. The gauge on the Spring Hammer is extremely accurate and conveniently unscrews from the end of the tool, making it durable and easy to use.

Your Tools, an Investment Worth Protecting

One of the many great things about the windscreen repair industry is the low investment necessary to start your business. But definitely an investment worth protecting. However, for many of us every penny counts. Especially for the first couple of years while building our clientele. Investing in the right equipment and then properly maintaining that equipment is essential to your success.

Firstly, the biggest mistake I see is new technicians buy a windscreen repair system based on cost only. Also, they may not take into consideration the long-term value of their investment. No matter how good a mechanic is he/she cannot get much done if their only tools are a screwdriver and a hammer and the same can be said for glass repair technicians. You can buy a windscreen repair system for just a few hundred dollars. Does it really have all the tools you need to handle every type of damage you may encounter in every type of weather condition? If not, you may be doing your customers a disservice, and you are probably not reaching your money earning potential.

Delta Kits’ most expensive windscreen repair systems are packaged to provide maximum long-term value for our customers. Whether you are looking to purchase your first windscreen repair kit or have been thinking of upgrading your old system there has never been a better time to buy the Delta Kits EZ-450D Mobile Pro Windscreen Repair System.

Don’t Neglect Your Equipment.

The second biggest mistake I see new and experienced technicians make is neglecting their equipment. They are an investment worth protecting. Every driver knows you can’t win a race if you don’t keep your car in top condition…. Continue Reading
